Shipping Policy – Engravory

Thank you for shopping with Engravory. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle order processing and delivery.

Order Preparation & Lead Time
As a handmade business, we take care in preparing your items. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for order preparation, depending on the product.
We’ll notify you via email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Method
We ship via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Hour Tracked services. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If you require express or courier delivery (e.g. DPD, UPS), please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees will apply for expedited shipping.

Delivery Time & Seasonal Delays
Delivery time begins after the order preparation period.
Please be aware that during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day), delivery times may be longer due to high postal volumes.
While we do our best to dispatch on time, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items
All items are carefully packaged and photographed before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain the original packaging

  2. Take clear photographs of the item and packaging

  3. Email us at [Insert email] within 48 hours of receipt

We’ll investigate the issue and guide you on next steps. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.
Lost Parcels & Disputes
Royal Mail requires 14 working days (from the expected delivery date) before we can open an investigation for a missing parcel. If your order hasn’t arrived after that time, please contact us.

Special Delivery Requests
If you have a deadline or require urgent shipping, contact us before placing your order. We can arrange alternative couriers at an additional cost.

Digital Downloads

Digital products (e.g. design files, templates) are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email or through your account (if applicable).
