Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the custom or digital nature of many items, final products may vary slightly in colour, material, or appearance.
Digital downloads may include templates, printable designs, or artwork files. These are delivered electronically and are subject to copyright restrictions (see Section 9).
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP.
We accept payment via [insert accepted methods]. Full payment is required before production, shipping, or digital file access.
For digital products, access to downloads is granted immediately after successful payment. By completing the purchase, you consent to waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If this affects your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel or amend it.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations:

Non-personalised physical items: Cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Personalised/custom items: Cannot be cancelled once production begins unless faulty.

Digital download products: Non-cancellable and non-refundable once the download begins. By purchasing, you agree to this condition.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch physical orders within the timeframe stated on product pages. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Ownership and risk pass to you upon physical delivery.
For digital downloads, delivery is instant via email or user account after payment. Please ensure your email address is correct.
Returns & Refunds

Non-personalised physical items: You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Personalised/custom items: These are non-refundable unless defective, as they are made to order and exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. If there's an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.

Digital download products: All digital downloads are non-refundable once the download begins. By purchasing, you agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This includes but is not limited to digital design files, templates, and artwork.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving any returned goods or confirming a product issue.
Important: Please do not return products to our business address. Contact us at kirsty@engravory.com for the correct returns address and further instructions.

You are responsible for any designs, text, or materials you provide for custom or digital orders, and confirm that:

Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, digital files, and artwork are the intellectual property of Engravory.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify any digital downloads or physical product designs without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Digital products are sold "as-is" and we make no guarantees that they will be compatible with all devices or software.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
