Orientation & Aspect Ratio: Our tags have a vertical 5:3 portrait ratio. For the best fit without losing any detail, portrait-oriented photos work best.
Quality Matters: Please upload high-resolution "clean" images. Avoid screenshots or heavily filtered photos, as these can affect the clarity of the laser engraving.
Custom Cropping: If you only want a specific part of a photo (e.g., just one person or a pet's face), we are happy to crop it for you! To help us get it perfect:
Upload Image 1: The original, high-quality "clean" photo.
Upload Image 2: The same photo with a box drawn around the area you would like us to focus on. (Please refer to our product gallery for an example of how to do this.)
