Acrylic Sublimation
Acrylic sublimation works by using heat and pressure to infuse your full colour design directly into the surface of coated cast acrylic.
This creates a smooth, glossy finish that won’t peel, scratch, or fade. For the most vibrant, high contrast results, white cast acrylic is best it acts like a bright canvas, allowing colours to pop and details to shine through clearly.

Why Blank Colour and Material Matters
Material Colours
Sublimation inks are translucent, so your blank’s colour affects how the final design looks. White or light coloured blanks produce the most vibrant results, while dark surfaces dull or hide the colours.
Material Composition
For sublimation to work at all, the material must have a special polymer coating and in the case of fabrics, it needs to be polyester or a high poly blend. Without the right surface, the ink won’t bond properly and the design will fade or wash out.
